Information about Shipping and Handling
Shipping Costs shown next to the item price are shipping costs
Australia wide
Internet and Phone Orders are shipped via Express Post, Registered Post or
Courier, depending on the size and weight of the items.
When ordering large items, or several small items at once, shipping costs will
be sent to you before your order is processed.
We will process your card only after receiving your confirmation via email, or
by phone.
Every
item shipped is insured and any items damaged during transit will
be replaced.

| Upon receiving your reply and your
order confirmation, we will then process you credit card |

There is a 2% Surcharge for AMEX and PayPAl Payments |

| For articles where shipping costs are clearly stated
on the shopping cart, we will not necessarily send you an email unless
required. |

| Step 4
- The goods are sent |
| The goods are usually sent within 1
or 2 business days after we receive your payment. |
| Payments by
Cheque
will need 4-5 days extra for funds to clear before delivery. |

COURIER DELIVERIES
| All deliveries must be signed for at the time of delivery; therefore
someone must be present to receive the goods. The trucking company will not
leave the goods if no one is available to sign for the shipment at the
delivery address. |
| If no one is there to take care of the delivery, not only could the
re-delivery of goods be delayed by a few days, but the trucking company
might also charge a re-delivery fee. |
SHOPPING CART
| When shipping costs are not shown on the page - usually for large
items - an email will be sent to you upon receiving your order to confirm
shipping costs. Your credit card will not be processed until we receive your
reply. |
| When buying several small items, the shipping costs will be reduced
for every item purchased. |
| Examples: |
| 1/ You are buying a set of barndoors and the shopping Cart is showing
shipping cost is $15.00. The shipping costs will be $15.00

| 2/ You are buying a set of barndoors and a muslin backdrop together
and the shipping cost for each item is $15.00 |
| The final shipping costs will be $15.00 + $15.00
÷ 2 (for the 2nd item) = $22.50 (not
$30.00) |
In any case an email will be sent to you to confirm the shipping costs. It
is also possible to get a quotation from us before ordering.
General Shipping Policy
- Items
will generally be sent 1-2 business days upon receipt of payment, However,
very rarely, due to events beyond our control, items may not be sent within
this time frame.
